How Will My Online Consultation Work?
Your online consultation is utilizing the internet by allowing you to fill out a questionnaire that is submitted through our secure ordering service. Your questionnaire answers are then reviewed by a physician. Online questionnaires are never a replacement for in person consultations. Once your order is reviewed it will be sent to certified physicians who are fully licensed. Your medications will come from reputable wholesalers and in some instances the manufacturers themselves ensuring the best quality.

After I Submit My Order What Happens?
After order submission your information is sent through the secure system to a licensed physician who takes a look at all the information and will reach an approval or denial decision. Once approved, your prescription is written, sent to a pharmacy, filled, and shipped to you.

How do You Protect Patient Privacy?
We are very aware of how important it is to keep our clients information private. We used security encryption for the ordering process, and keep all of our computer systems under constant security checks. For more information please refer tot he privacy policy in the terms and conditions.

What Medications are Available?
You can view the full range of medications offered by looking under the products section. Unfortunately some medications are restricted and are only available with a physical exam. As a result, we cannot sell these medications. Some examples of restricted medications include Valium, Klonopin, and Lorazepam.

Are the Physicians Licensed in the U.S.?

Can I use a P.O. Box?
At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Can the Package Be Left At My Door?
No, someone over 18 must be home to accept delivery with a signature.

Do you Ship to All 50 States?
Please refer to the order for a list of states that we can ship to. At this time we cannot ship to all 50 states.

How are Orders Shipped?
Orders are shipped by next day FedEx.

Can I Cancel My Order?
As long as your order has not yet been approved or shipped you may cancel. Once your order has been approved, or has shipped you can not cancel. For more information please refer to the cancellation policy in the terms and conditions.

Do You Accept Returns?
The FDA prevents us from accepting exchanges or returns.

Do You Ship Internationally?
We only ship to the U.S. at this time.
